A woman who is obsessed with Kip Moore will be featured on an upcoming episode of Dr. Phil. I like Kip Moore but this woman really is nuts for him. She is so crazy for him that she has painted "marry me Kip Moore" on her car windows and has even had a restraining order placed against her husband to clear the way for her and Kip.
