A woman is threatening to sue Nestle, because her $1.29 Kit Kat was missing its wafer. That's right, her eight-pack of Kit Kats was all chocolate, and missing its inside cookie. So what is 20-year-old Saima Ahmad wanting? Well, according to the NY Daily News, Ahmad is wanting a refund of her $1.29, a written apology and a lifetime supply of Kit Kats. She's looking for compensation for loses of "monetary and emotional" significance. The monetary loss is obvious, but I'm trying to comprehend the "emotional" loss. Ahmad is a law student in London, and is stating that the lifetime supply of Kit Kats, is so that she can provide "quality control" for their products.
