An 8-year-old female wolf-dog escaped from the W.OL.F Sanctuary in Rist Canyon by climing over a 10 foot enclosure. The wolf-dog had arrived at the sanctuary on Friday morning from Arizona. The staff noticed the animal missing 8:15 Sunday morning. The wolf-dog's name is Cree. It is red, brown and white in color and weighs 62 pounds. It has been micro-chipped and has been vaccinated. The staff at the W.O.L.F.Sanctuary describes the animal as being very shy of humans and would likely run if approached. If you see her call 970-416-9531.
