Love him or hate him; former President George H.W. Bush shows solidarity to one of his Secret Service staff members who's 2-year-old son is battling through leukemia.  It's hard to knock anyone over something like this. A true American!

The 89-year-old former president shaved his head earlier this week at his home in Kennebunkport, Maine after he saw some of his Secret Service detail with newly shaved heads.

The act was done in support of 2-year-old Patrick who is the son of one his agents.

Patrick is undergoing treatment for leukemia and losing his hair as a result so his security detail started shaving their heads and the former President was not to be outdone.

The Bush family is no stranger to this. The former President and his wife Barbara lost their second child, Robin, to leukemia almost 60 years ago.
