For anyone who has bought a home, you know that home values can be volatile, and a recent study has released information on where they expect Fort Collins home values to go in the next twelve months. According to a report released by Veros Real Estate Solutions, Colorado actually has several of the strongest real estate markets in the nation, including Boulder, Denver, Fort Collins and Greeley. According to the Coloradoan, all four of these metros property values are expected to grow more than seven percent in the next twelve months. The study by Veros, gathered data from 967 counties and 333 metropolitan areas covering 13,549 zip codes. With all this data, it found that the Fort Collins-Loveland housing market is actually expected to grow 7.5 percent in the next twelve months, making it the 15th strongest market in the nation.
