When You Eat at Austin’s in Fort Collins You Must Order This Dish

Austin’s American Grill is one of my favorite restaurants. I always know I will get great food there. They have two Fort Collin’s locations - one in the heart of Old Town and another on Harmony Road. My wife and I went to Austin's with some friends on Saturday night. I ordered what I always order, the rotisserie chicken.

It comes with Roasted garlic mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I have wanted to order other things from the menu, but I can never get past the delicious chicken. I don't know what they season, the chicken with, but it is magical and it's tender and juicy and perfect. Here is a bonus! My favorite starter is: The house breaded coconut shrimp with a Thai chili sauce.
