Thrill seekers, are you ready? Soon, you'll be able to soar high as you ride the rides at Elitch Gardens!

That is right, Elitch Gardens is set to open at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 5, 2012!

Are you ready to cool off in the water park and soar high on the roller coasters? We have the information you need to know.

Elitch Gardens is a tradition for all Coloradoan's and their out-of-state visitors. The park is located in Downtown Denver just off I-25 and Speer Blvd. South. From I-25, go south on Speer Boulevard (Exit Speer South) then turn right onto Elitch Circle and you can't miss it.

Stressed out? Try flying upside down and all around through the twists and turns of the "Mind Eraser" roller coaster that flies through the downtown skyline at over 50 mph. Any worries will be forgotten.

Other popular thrills include the Tower of Doom, Twister II and the Half Pipe among others.

It will be warm, or dare we say hot this summer, so you might want to cool off in the Elitch Gardens Water Park that features all-day wet, wild fun for all. The Water Park is  open 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Memorial Day through Labor Day on days the park is open and proper swimwear is required for all the water attractions.

Most regular hours for the park are weekdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday and Saturday nights from either 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Check out the park hours page for details or you can call 303-595-4386.
