What Was The First Concert You Went To? – Brian’s Blog

We all remember our first. I am talking about concerts you dirty minded person you. I was just thinking about this the other day when my wife and I found a box of old concert ticket stubs we had kept through the years. It was kind of fun looking at them all and remembering all the great shows we had seen. We were also amazed at how cheap a concert ticket used to be.

Do you remember who your first concert was? I know when I was about 8, my parents took us with them to Las Vegas and we got to go see Wayne Newton at the Frontier Hotel. I was blown away. Later in life came another first...my first rock concert. My first rock show was Ted Nugent at the Bismarck Civic Center in North Dakota. My first country show was right here in Greeley at the UCCC when we first were getting started as K99 and Dan Seals came to town. That was a great show too.
