14 years ago today Brad Paisley topped the charts for the very first time. He has done it at least 16 times since but it was on this date in 1999 that "He Didn't Have To Be" found itself perched on top of the charts. So many people related to that song. It was a topic that had not really been addressed before and Brad has continued to break new ground musically for many years since.
