The legacy of the late, great Dick Clark will live on this December 31st with Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2013.  Read on for all the info on the iconic New Year’s Eve television program!

It all starts starts on December 31st at 8:00pm ET on ABC, with a special two-hour tribute to Dick Clark, the man who started it all.

At 10pm ET, Taylor Swift will be joined by Neon Trees and Carly Rae Jepsen in New York City.  On the West coast, Fergie will be celebrating with performances from Karmin, OneRepublic, and many more.

It’s gonna be a great New Year’s Eve!
