I don't believe in "systems". You have probably heard many times through the years people talk about a great coach, boss or teacher and talk about their success. You will hear people say things like, "they must have a great system". I don't believe in that. I believe the "system" they speak of is making the most out of the talent you have. Great leaders don't make you fit into a system, they create a system that features the talents of individuals.

We are not a one size fits all population. We all have different strengths and weaknesses and should be put in a position where our strengths are utilized. You never saw a coach tell Shaquille O' Neal that he needed to dribble the ball up court. You put him under the hoop and let him do what he does. You have others who dribble the ball. It takes a group of talented individuals with different skill sets to make a winning team. If you are in charge, find out your players strengths and formulate your game plan to fit it.
