What is Your Greatest Fear? [POLL]

Greatest fears... I have few these days, but I do have fears. I've never really been afraid of the dark, ghost's or heights, but I understand that these can be incredible fears. I have a friend that is afraid of birds and they seem to bomb her whenever she is outside, what's the deal with that? Another friend is afraid of bed bugs and changes her bed sheets as often as one would change their underwear. So I ask, what is your greatest fear?
