You have probably noticed, the Ranch (Larimer County Fairgrounds) is under construction.   The completion of the nine month reconstruction of the Ranch Way Feeds Indoor Arena & Pavilions at The Ranch Events Complex is expected to be completed July 2013. The project started after three years of litigation because of faulty building design and construction of the Ranch-Way Feeds Indoor Arena & Pavilions.

WHAT'S CHANGING

The most prevalent improvement is the addition of a second 90ft x 100ft indoor arena located north of the current Indoor Arena. Interior improvements include improved air flow throughout the entire facility including large circulatory fans, high quality sound board control and distribution, and climate controlled client offices. Exterior improvements include improved entrance ways to make it easier for patrons leading or riding horses or livestock and RV water fill and dump stations for overnight event attendees. In an effort to improve arena footing to accommodate a variety of events The Ranch will boast Kiser Arena Specialists engineered footing by industry leader, Bob Kiser.

On a long-term basis The Ranch Events Complex aims to be one of the premier venues in the nation to host equine, livestock and animal events.
