George Strait is getting ready to celebrate his 61st birthday on May 18th and it looks like he may have his 60th number one hit in time to celebrate. His latest song "Give It All We Got Tonight" is hitting the top ten and looks like it may make to the top in time for the candles to be blown out on the cake. Most artists dream of topping the charts once and this guy has done it nearly 60 times....unreal.

Back in 1987 George was hitting his stride big time and made it to number one for the 10th time with "Ocean Front Property". This was in the middle of a steak of 11 number one's in a row for George. He went to the top with "Nobody In His Right Mind...", "It Ain't Cool" then "Ocean Front Property", followed by "All My Ex's...", "Am I Blue", "Famous Last Words Of A Fool", "Baby Blue", "If You Ain't Lovin'", "Baby's Gotten Good At Goodbye", "What's Going On In Your World" and "Ace In The Hole". That is a very impressive streak and he isn't done yet. His new album "Love Is Everything" will hit the stores on May 14. Here is that 1987 classic. His 10th number one.
