Owning a home is a big undertaking, and comes with lots of responsibility. Homeowners have to be ready to deal with all sorts of issues that can arise, like needing to replace the furnace, pest control or preventing things like mold. Adulting isn't easy, but we try our best to get through stuff and learn how to prevent it from happening again in the future.

But what household fear are people in Colorado scared of the most? The security company A Secure Life used Google Trends to determine what each state's homeowners fear the most based on what residents have searched for on the internet. When it came to the results, mold was the most feared by homeowners – coming in as the top searched for ten different states. Carbon monoxide poisoning came in right behind it, and multiple states also shared the fear of peeping toms and robbers. In Colorado, those who own houses are apparently worried most about asbestos testing.
