Getting married can be a stressful time. I should know as I am officially one month from the big day.

It's not looking ahead to the marriage that stresses me out; it's the planning leading up to the big day. Once you have the venue, photographer, and DJ picked out, it seems that everything should fall into place. Also. It appears that whatever website you read, someone has an opinion on what you should or should not do at your wedding.

I'm here to tell you. Who cares what anyone thinks? Whether it's your mom, your aunt, your sister, best friend, or just some blog you read on the Internet, remember it's your day. You get to do what you want. If you want to have mason jars, have mason jars. If you want to serve pie instead of cake, serve pie. By the way, we are doing both of those things.
