Vote for Miss Colorado Hannah Porter in the Miss America Pageant [VIDEO]
Today is the last day to pop on line and vote for our Miss Colorado in the Miss America Pageant. Her video is delightful and football themed. Hannah is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado’s Monfort College of Business and is competing in the 86th Miss America Pageant this Saturday. Watch the video about Hannah below including how she was a football player. The pageant will air on ABC Television tonight at 7:00 p.m. Porter was crowned Miss Colorado 2012 last spring. The public can vote for her to win through the end of the day today. I too attended the Miss America Pageant as Miss North Dakota 1974.

The Greeley Stampede is coming up, and you know what that means. Corndogs, cowboy hats, concerts, and cars. One of the best parts of the 10-day festival is the demolition derby. Hundreds (yes, hundreds) of drivers will partake in the destructive chaos. This year's demolition derby will take place on July 7th at 2:00 PM, and tickets cost $20-25.
