This week's interview for the Veterans History Project is with a dear friend of mine, Bill Suhre. Bill is respected by many, myself included, and his story is fascinating.

Colonel Suhre is not only a Vietnam combat hero, he's a personal friend and has done more for me in my professional career than just about anyone. Bill is highly respected by many in his community for not only his services, but for legal services he has provided to many veterans and many contributions to local charities.

If you or someone you know would like to share your story, I would love to sit down and record it for future generations to see as these videos will all be submitted to the Library of Congress as part of their Veterans History Project. Any veteran is elgibile and I will set interviews with the following priority:

  • Terminally ill from any conflict
  • World War II
  • Korean War
  • Vietnam War
  • All current/modern conflicts

To schedule an interview, just click here to send an email and I will respond as quickly as possible to get an interview scheduled. You can also call me in the studio at 800-500-2599 Monday through Friday between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Drew Bankston, a friend of K99 and owner of Star Painter Productions, is a professional videographer and I can't thank Drew enough for volunteering the countless hours it takes to do these videos.
