Troll Doll Underwear: Cute Or Creepy?

I was at Super Target late last night and noticed they were selling Troll Doll underwear on a rack between the women's sleep department and girls' department. I'm pretty sure they were for grown women, but I think Troll Doll underwear is creepy no matter who's supposed to wear it.
