Tomorrow I am going in for my first colonoscopy. I can't say I am looking forward to it like a birthday party but I know it's something that all men my age should have done. I know that tonight I get to start drinking a barrel of liquid that will make me turn into a human sprinkler. This should be fun but I know it is a good thing.

I will be put under while they do their probing and perform the procedure but there are a few things I hope they find while they are in there. Here are my top 5.

5 - A Clean Runway - I hope they find nothing but a smooth path, if you know what I mean. I hope for no polyps and if there are any that they are of no concern

4 - My Remote - I have been missing my TV remote since I sat on the couch in March. I am hoping it comes out.

3 - That Ping Pong Ball - I blogged about a tub accident I had awhile back with one of the kids ping pong balls.

2 - That Gum I Swallowed in 3rd Grade - My mom warned me about swallowing gum when I was a child but I did it anyway. I was told it will stay in me forever. I hope they get that wad of Trident out.

1 - My Wife's Shoe - I believe she has placed several of them up there throughout our 30+ years of marriage and I would love to give her at least one of them back for Christmas this year.
