Last week we talked about the top five things that people visiting from out of state say that agitate Fort Collins residents. You disagreed with one of the sentiments (that many people like Rocky Mountain Oysters??) while others chimed in with what agitates them when it is said.

So without further delay, here is a list comprised with the top three things voted on by YOU!

1.) IF YOU LIVE IN COLORADO, YOU MUST SMOKE MARIJUANA

This got the vote of many people last week that wasn't listed in the original blog. Looking back at it, not sure how I forgot to put this on the list. In 2015, it seems like people who don't live in Colorado think we walk around thinking about weed all day and that we bake "magic" brownies each night.

As one reader said, "Oh you're from Colorado? How much weed do you smoke everyday? You probably smoke so much weed huh? I don't smoke...". I have a feeling most of us hear those questions on a weekly basis from those from out of state.

2.) I COULD NEVER LIVE IN COLORADO WITH ALL THE SNOW YOU GET

When I told people that I was moving to Colorado, that was the first thing they told me. I heard it all...

"But it snows close to 300 inches every Winter. Why would you want to subject yourself to that?"

"The only months it doesn't snow are in July and August. And even then you still need your snow shovel out"

Many people out of state think of Colorado and instantly think buried in the white stuff 90 percent of the year. While the mountains do get their fair share of snow each year, Fort Collins averages 47 inches each year. While that is nothing to sneeze at, there are areas in the country that get much more than that.

3.) YOU MUST ONLY EAT ORGANIC FOOD

Admittedly, since I moved to Colorado I have been eating much healthier than I used to. However, that doesn't mean that when Oreo unleashes us with a brand new flavor (S'mores? Mmmmm....) that I won't jump at it. We definitely are the least obese state in the country but we all love to indulge in a treat every once in a while.

Anything else you want to add to the list?
