Today is National Chocolate Day – What Kind is Your Favorite? [POLL]

What a glorious day this is. Today is National Chocolate Day!! This is the kind of day you dreamed of as a child. A day to give thanks to and celebrate chocolate. I know there are some folks who don't even like chocolate but that is as hard for me to figure out as the Chinese language.

Do you remember being a kid, going into your mom's cupboard and finding that huge block of chocolate that you thought she was keeping hidden from you and then you bite into it and realize it is that horrible tasting 'baker's chocolate?' I remember that day like it was yesterday and I think the taste is still in my mouth.

There are many different types of chocolate but I am quite partial to milk chocolate and detest dark chocolate. I would have to say if I could only pick one kind of chocolate though, it would be white chocolate, but I hope I am never forced into 'one chocolate for the rest of my life' scenario.
