I have to thank Toby Keith today. Now and then you have those unexpected moments that just lift you and Toby gave me one today. It had been ages since we had Toby on the air and today he joined us to talk about his new album '35 mph Town'.

I had no idea what to expect from the interview and what I got was a scoop of joy. Toby was engaging and thoughtful and funny. Todd and I actually teared up talking to him about bringing my brother in law to his show in Cheyenne to meet him this summer and what it meant. I have always respected Toby but I respect him even more after this interview. I am blessed to get to do what I do for living and to talk to the people I get to talk to.
