Toby Keith to Release New Album, ‘Clancy’s Tavern,’ on October 25 [VIDEO]
Saddle up, Toby Keith fans — the country superstar’s next album is just around the corner.
It’s been a busy week for Keith, who debuted the video for his latest single, ‘Made in America,’ and revealed that his 15th studio album, ‘Clancy’s Tavern,’ will be released October 25.
During a recent interview with The Oklahoman, Keith discussed the title track from the album, saying it has an “Irish waltz” feel and explaining that it refers to the bar his grandmother owned — the same tavern he sang about in his 2005 hit, ‘Honkytonk U.’
Keith also talked about ‘Made in America,’ saying “It’s not really a political statement. “It’s just about a couple that raised this boy who’s in the song and it just talks about all of the ways they support their country and how patriotic they are with the way they live every day.”
