It's been two years in the making, but come next week, Greeley will finally have the restaurant many of us have been chomping at the bit for. The Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery will open Tuesday.

The new restaurant/bar at 610 9th Ave., will be open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Sunday through Tuesday; 11 a.m. to midnight, Wednesday through Saturday, and will feature a 6,000-square-foot restaurant with 40 TVs including two 10-foot pull-down screens. There also are 36 beers on tap, a 5,500 square feet, covered patio with a putting green, bocce ball course, and horseshoes. Oh yea, the staff of scantily clad waitresses wearing short Scottish kilts and bikini bras, kind of a Scottish version of Hooters.

Is it Tuesday yet?!
