Three Men Charged in Greeley Murder

Three men are facing charge in a 2012 drive-by shooting in Greeley that led to the death of 20-year-old Fabian Flores. Greeley Police Gang Unit Investigators obtained arrest warrants for Joseph Robert Bernal, Corey Louie Moreno, and Jose Manuel Velasquez.

Both Bernal and Moreno are facing 2 counts of 1^st degree murder and 3 counts of attempted murder. Velasquez is facing one count of accessory to murder in the first degree.

Both Moreno and Bernal are already in the Weld County Jail, and Velasquez is currently in the Department of Corrections for a different crime.
