This Might Be The Funniest Police Report Ever

Baseball fans have lots to cheer for, unless you're a Jay's fan.  Here's a guy who stormed the field a few months ago and now that his ordeal is over, "Joseph" built a website to explain what happened and to share the police report which I find utterly funny.
