I have never really understood the rush people get by showing off their "privates" to people who didn't ask to see them. To me, anyway, it is kind of embarrassing, and that is why some genius invented pants! Still, people feel the need to show off their goods to the unsuspected far too often. This time the flashing took place on the campus of the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley.

The flashing happened at about 11:30 a.m. on Friday morning (May 30th) on a sidewalk west of Frasier Hall in Greeley.

The UNC Police Department said the man "fully exposed" himself to to a woman, and then ran from the scene. The incident is under investigation, but the police hope to catch the guy.

By the way, if you were thinking of showing off your goods to the unsuspected, you may want to rethink! Colorado law says indecent exposure is a class one misdemeanor and can be elevated to a class 6 felony if the defendant has two prior convictions for a comparable violation. A person convicted of Indecent exposure will have to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

In other words, keep your clothes on unless you are with your mate!
