Spc. Christopher R. Drake - Age 20 from Tickfaw, La. Killed In Action on May 26, in Bagram, Afghanistan, of injuries sustained when his vehicle was attacked by a rocket propelled grenade. Spc. Christopher R. Drake was assigned to the 1084th Transportation Company, 165th Combat Support Sustainment Battalion, 139th Regional Support Group, Reserve, La.
Staff Sgt. Joe A. Nunezrodriguez
Staff Sgt. Joe A. Nunez-Rodriguez - Age 29 from Pasadena, Texas. Killed In Action on May 30, in Wardak Province, Afghanistan, from injuries sustained when his vehicle struck an Improvised Explosive Device. Staff Sgt. Joe A. Nunez-Rodriguez was assigned to the 68th Combat Support Sustainment Battalion, 43rd Sustainment Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colo.
Spc. Ray A. Ramirez
Spc. Ray A. Ramirez - Age 20 from Sacramento, Calif. Killed In Action on June 1, in Wardak Province, Afghanistan, from injuries sustained when his unit was attacked by an improvised explosive device. Spc. Ray A. Ramirez was assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Ga.
Spc. Kyle P. Stoeckli
Spc. Kyle P. Stoeckli - Age 21, of Moseley, Va., died June 1, in Maiwand, Afghanistan, from injuries sustained when his unit was attacked by an improvised explosive device. Spc. Kyle P. Stoeckli was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 36th Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, Fort Bliss, Texas.
Pfc. Mariano M. Raymundo
Pfc. Mariano M. Raymundo - Age 21, of Houston, Texas, died June 1, in Sharan, Afghanistan. The incident is under investigation. Pfc. Mariano M. Raymundo was assigned to the 210th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, N.Y.
