The Legacy of Lorri Wilson Continues [PHOTOS]

Relay for Life of Weld County is this weekend and when I think of the Weld County Relay for Life I have to stop and think of Lorri Wilson.  Lorri was the kind of person you just couldn't get enough of. Full of joy and enthusiasm for life and others.  Though Lorri is gone from our everyday lives she will never be forgotten.

If your going out to the Weld County Relay for Life, check out the new addition to Island Grove Park and perhaps you can find a time to sit on Lorri's bench and reflect on what she meant to you and all of us and the reason you are at Island Grove this weekend; the same reason Lorri was there every year and a top fundraiser for the event.

Lorri's bench was placed in Island Grove Thursday, June 2nd. It's near the round bathroom and can be seen from the arena and ticket office.  I was also told that while they were placing her memorial bench a beautiful yellow bird kept circling, so we are pretty sure Lorri approves!
