The IKEA store in Denver is actually in Centennial, Just north of I-25 and County Line Road.  It is the biggest store of any kind I have ever seen in my entire life.  It's enormous! It's gigantic! It's ginormous!

My wife Jenny and I went to the Colorado Broadcaster's Awards on Saturday night and spent the night at the Denver Tech Center Marriott.  We weren't very far from the IKEA store, so we decided to check it out on Sunday morning.  Jenny had been there before with her mother, but this was my first time.  I was an IKEA Virgin.

WOW!  When I say this place is big, I mean BIG!  It has it's own parking garage that is just as big as the ones at DIA.   It has everything you could possibly want or need to set up the inside of a house, all in one colossal building.  It's like walking through a giant labyrinth. Needless to say, I was impressed.

I'm not even going to talk about all the cool stuff they had, I just wanted to share a few pictures I took to show you how big it is...and yes we did buy a couple things.  We now have a new doormat so you have something to wipe your feet on if you come to visit us and my wife bought some magazine organizers. She likes to keep her old knitting and crocheting magazines. But seriously, they have everything.
