So this TV host walks into a bar one day.  He see's a bbbbbilionaire money mogul with really bad hair sitting there and walks over and says... Wait, have you heard this one before?

If you watch the Bill Maher show then this is probably not news to you.  It seems the tv host pulled a "Donald" and bet Donald Trump, on air, that he would pay The Donald $5 million dollars if he could prove he wasn't the "spawn" of his Mother and Orangutan.

This was all in reference to Donald Trump last year saying that he would donate $5 million to a charity or charities of the President's choice if he showed some sealed documents, like his college records etc. However, in this case, I have to say that I'm sure Trump would have forked over the money.  I don't think he meant his wager to be a "joke."

Maher's comments immediately warranted a letter from Trumps attorney saying,

Attached hereto is a copy of Mr. Trump's birth certificate, demonstrating that he is the son of Fred Trump, not an orangutan. Please remit the $5 million to Mr. Trump immediately and he will ensure that the money be donated to the following five charities in equal amounts: Hurricane Sandy Victims, The Police Athletic League, The American Cancer Society, The March of Dimes, and The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. - Yahoo News

First of all, I think by all standards this was a little classless, period.  No one ever brought anyone's "mother" into the fray, Bill didn't need to do so either.  Maher even took a shot at Tim Tebow that even crossed the line with me when he said,

Wow, Jesus just [explicative] #TimTebow bad! And on Xmas Eve! Somewhere in hell Satan is tebowing, saying to Hitler ‘Hey, Buffalo’s killing them’ - Bill Maher, 12/14/12

So what now?  Was it a joke or should Trump hold Bill Maher's feet to the fire?  You be the jury and take the poll and let's see what you all say.
