The Big Gift Opening Question – Do You Open on Christmas Eve or Christmas Morning? [POLL]

This is without question my favorite time of the year. I love the football season winding down to crunch time. I love the sound of the snow crunching under my feet. I love the smells and emotions of the season and the kindness that is in the air. and of course..watching the kids open gifts.

I can hardly wait. The gifts are all under the tree and waiting to be ripped open. Now the question is…will they opened on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day? We all have our traditions and I am curious about yours. We always have been a Christmas Eve family. I don’t know if it was because we were too excited to wait another day to open the packages or if my mom just liked sleeping in on Christmas Day but we always have done the early Christmas Eve church service, then cook lasagna, then hand out the gifts. On Christmas morning there would always be at least one more gift left by Santa. I guess you could say we do a little of both. How about your family?
