The Best Movies About Country Singers

Nine years ago today the movie about the life of Johnny Cash "Walk the Line" was released. This is one of, if not the best, movie about a country star ever made. There have been a few other good ones like "Sweet Dreams" and "Coal Miner's Daughter" and some about fictional country singers like "Pure Country", "Crazy Heart" and "Honky Tonk Man". The acting in "Walk the Line" was just amazing and that is what puts this one on top for me. I am still hoping that they make movies on the lives of Chris LeDoux and Keith Whitley.
