Teacher Tuesday Award Presented To Windsor Teacher [VIDEO]

This week’s Teacher Tuesday Winner is Mrs. Jennifer Hykes, who is an Early Childhood Special Educator/Pre-School Teacher at Skyview Elementary in Windsor.  Susan Moore made the presentation on Tuesday morning.  Mrs. Hykes was nominated by parent Caitlin Hofstetter.
