Right now, Taylor Swift is pouring all of her focus into her 2013 Red Tour with her buddy Ed Sheeran. But in a few months, when the tour has ended and Swifty is cozied up at home, she knows she'll be obsessing over her next album.

Apparently, when Swift gets something important on her mind, like writing a new album, it's hard for her to focus on anything else.

“I'm thinking about it, but I'm not obsessing yet. If you talk to me when I'm obsessing over it, like a few months from now, I won't even be able to focus on a conversation. I’ll be thinking of ideas… It's pretty full-on whenever I'm writing for a record," she admitted (quote via Perez Hilton).

But for now, Swifty can't let herself go down that rabbit hole. She has things at hand to focus on, like selling out arenas all over the country.

"The tour has been incredible," she added. "The show I’m really proud of… it's going on until November, then we take it overseas to Australia.”

Although Swift is ready to start thinking about her follow-up to 'Red,' it will likely take her a few years to perfect every note and refine every lyric. 'Red' was Swift's fourth studio album and it was released in October 2012. Every one of Swift's albums have hit in the fall, so if the pattern stays the same, we can expect to see the 'Begin Again' hitmaker's fifth record in the Fall of 2014.

That's just a little over a year away, Swifty fans! In the meantime, don't try to talk to the country crossover star about the album. Apparently before too long she won't be able to focus on anything but making new music.
