Football and food go hand and hand. There is nothing more enjoyable than chowing down on some great food and watching a great game. Ever since I was a kid my mom would make what us kids called her "Football Hot Sandwiches". These tasty little devils have been a staple in our home on Sundays for decades. I hope they will find their way to your belly as well.

-Brown a pound of hamburger
-Drain and add one can of tomato soup
-Cook until it thickens a bit
-Add 6 to 8 strips of cut up cooked bacon
-Put mixture in a bowl and set in fridge to cool for an hour
-Add a cup or 2 of cubed Velveeta and stir it up
-Apply a scoop of mixture on open face hamburger buns and place on cookie sheet
-Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and feast
