Ready to share your product or service with local foodies of Northern Colorado?
As an Exhibitor of this inaugural event, your company will benefit from our promotions. We are setting new levels of promotional reach in our region with the launch of our 2013 Live Events calendar. And, booths are priced to sell for our first year. The Cook's Tour will be FREE and open to the public. It will be generously publicized to generate maximum traffic for you between 5pm-9pm.
As an Exhibitor:
- You will receive event posters and handbills to promote your participation and to encourage your clientele to attend.
- We will provide a 6-foot skirted table and two chairs for your booth with access to electricity upon request.
- You will have a unique sales opportunity to promote your business by displaying or distributing your business card, coupons, catalogs or products/services.
- We will provide a website presence on all four stations event pages featuring your logo and a link to your company’s website as an exhibitor in this event.
- You will receive 2 tickets to the Cooking School show in the Lincoln Center Performance Hall.
You May:
- Dress your exhibition space any way you choose.
- Have your staff dress any way you choose.
- Offer free tastes of your product. Please note: the Larimer County Department of Health stipulates that a taste cannot exceed a 2 oz. serving.
- Sell your products at a special, at this event-only price. Or, at your standard retail price. Please display your sales tax license during Expo set-up. You will be responsible for collecting and paying all sales tax.
- Offer special coupons for our attendees to visit your store for special offers.
- Offer a gift card, products or services as a giveaway during the Cooking School demonstration at no additional cost.
