Taste of Country Concerts at Greeley Stampede
Well, it’s official! Tickets went on sale today at 9AM for the Taste of Country concerts at the Greeley Stampede. What a great line-up and there isn’t a ticket more than $29. You have to admit, for the talent that we are bringing in this summer, it’s a pretty darn fair price. Let’s take a peek at who’s stopping by this summer to party with us the first weekend of June 24th and 25th.
Rodney Atkins – 2006 Top New Male Vocalist including 4 #1 hits: Watching You, If Your Going Through Hell, These Are My People and Cleaning this Gun.
Little Big Town – 2010 #1 Album “The Reason Why.” Little Big Town’s musical stylings are defined by four-part vocal harmonies. Unlike most vocal groups, Little Big Town does not feature a set lead singer, instead, their songs are either led by any one of the four members, or by all four in varying combinations (such as on “Boondocks” and “Life in a Northern Town”). Little Big Town has been closely compared with the group Fleetwood Mac, in comparison to musical style.
Clint Black – 1989 Horizon Award, 1989 Album of the year – “Killin Time”, 1989 Top Male Vocalist, 1989 Single of the Year – “A Better Man”, 1990 Male Vocalist of the Year, 1990 Favorite Country New Artist, 1999 Vocal Event of the Year – “When I Said I Do”,
Josh Kelley – Kelley has recorded for Hollywood Records, Threshold Records and DNK Records as a pop rock artist, and has had four hit singles on the Hot Adult Top 40 Tracks chart. His songs “Amazing” and “Only You” made top ten on that chart. In 2010, Kelley signed to MCA Nashville and began a country music career. His debut single on the format, “Georgia Clay”, has become a Top 40 hit on the Hot Country Songs charts. Kelley is the brother of Lady Antebellum memberCharles Kelley and is married to actress Katherine Heigl.
