I always liked either banana or bubblegum, but honestly, I'm not much of a Slurpee dude.  In fact, any drink with crushed ice seems to be a big joke on me, as I get a brain freeze pretty much any time I try one...

The 7-Eleen Slurpee, a guilty pleasure. And one that is allowed whenever this writer heads to the movie, favorite flavor would be the mixture of cherry and blue raspberry, what's yours?

As they do every year, 7-Eleven is celebrating 7-Eleven Day, also known as July 11, on Friday with free Slurpees. However, with over 30 locations in Northern Colorado, how do you know which 7-Eleven to choose for your free Slurpee... Well, we made a map for that!

Normally when it's someone's birthday you give them a treat. Not the case when it's 7-Eleven's birthday! They are giving us the treat to help celebrate their 85th birthday. Starting at 11 a.m., all participating 7-Eleven locations in the U.S. and Canada will be giving away free 7.11 oz. Slurpee drinks until 7 p.m.

America's fight against obesity gets the day off Monday when 7-Eleven hands out free Slurpees in honor of its unofficial birthday -- July 11, or 7/11.  Get it? The convenience store expects it will hand out five million of the popular frozen treats weighing -- you guessed it -- 7.11 ounces.
