Karen Klein, the 68-year-old Rochester, New York area bus monitor who was viciously bullied by a group of middle school students in what became a shocking viral video, is making the media rounds.

During her appearance on ‘Anderson Cooper 360′ Thursday night, the grandmother of eight rejected a written apology Josh, one of her tormentors, had made through the police.
