When I go to an Indian restaurant I order Veggie Samosa before I'm even comfy in my seat. I love them and could make a meal of them. And they aren't hard to make, so let's get cooking.
I love playing with my food and recreating meals that we have eaten for years. Not changing the integrity of the recipe, just kicking it up a bit. I think that you'll like this Sesame Chicken Wonton Wraps recipe, it's quick, easy and tasty. This recipe is good for dinner or as appetizers.
If your fridge looks anything like mine, it's time to get busy using up the items from Turkey day that you really don't know what to do with. Today, let's take that left over Queso and make it for dinner.
There have been plenty times I have been standing in the kitchen Thanksgiving morning and I forgot something at the grocery store. Hopefully this list will help both of us be completely prepared, stop laughing and print this list. :)
Gravy is a must for my Thanksgiving experience, only problem, I only really like mine. I know that is pretty horrible isn't it. Well, I hope that you like it as much.
I will be the first to tell you, I am not a fan of sweet potato casserole, it's a lot of work combined with all of the other kitchen prep and its just too sweet.
Candied carrots are a great side that is earthy and sweet without being to much of either, as I think sweet potatoes can sometimes be. (unless you roast them and that recipe is coming soon)
You'll notice right away, this ain't your mama's green bean casserole, but it is tastier than you have ever remembered. And you can make it a day ahead.
It's true, I, D Dennison will be on stage presenting a cooking demo at the Front Range Food Show. When I was first asked, I was instantly nervous, I hadn't even said yes yet, so I hope that you come out and support me.
