You may remember a few weeks back, I wrote an article about people freaking out because of a FAKE news story about Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning being arrested for getting "super high" and having an altercation with cops. This time, the story about Peyton Manning being arrested is NOT fake at all...

Peyton Manning proved his quarterback chops on "The Late Show" the other night.

There isn't a better quarterback in football than Peyton Manning, and there also isn't a better interview in sports than with Mr. Manning. So when he joined David Letterman for the Late Show last night, we should have known we would get something good from Peyton!

This isn't the first time that I have had to take time out of my day to tell you about a fake story, and it probably won't be the last either, unfortunately. But once again as I was strolling through Facebook today I saw a bunch of my friends saying how shocked they were by this satirical story about Peyton Manning getting high and arrested at Papa John's.

We've all heard Peyton Manning yell out "Omaha" during a Broncos game, but do you know what it means? With tongue planted firmly in cheek, Peyton explains what it means in a YouTube video:

We all know Peyton Manning is one heck of a quarterback but he is also one of the funniest guys in sports as well. We have all laughed at some of his commercials and when he has been on Saturday Night Live he has been outstanding.

Looking back it really may suck that Denver Broncos head coach John Fox decided to sit Peyton Manning in the second half of the Broncos win over the Oakland Raiders this last Sunday. Manning, who broke the single season record for passing yards, may actually have to give the record back to the books and settle for second place on the list.

Sure, he's been named Sports Illustrated's Sportsman of the Year and he's well on his way to winning NFL MVP honors. But his 2013 may be defined by this very cool tribute.
