Wow, it's sometimes hard for me to believe that it's been more than a decade since the terrorist attack on New York's World Trade Center.  I recall some people back then claiming it would take ten years before the Center was rebuilt and wondering how it could take that long.  Well, it certainly has.  The memorial has opened, but construction on the office buildings is still underway a decade later!

I gave up on New Year's Resolutions long ago my friends...too depressing.  So I changed it up by planning my one or two big rides of the year on New Year's Eve.  Why not make a 'resolution' that is fun and one that you can stick to and look forward to and come New Years Day I am PUMPED and chomping at the bit to log some real miles and find a real Cheese Steak sammy!

Air and train traffic was disrupted and hundreds of thousands were evacuated from buildings on the East Coast this afternoon following a magnitude 5.9 earthquake centered near Louisa, Virgina.
