Brian Cringes For 127 Hours

I am a movie junkie, you will find me most Tuesdays at the video store picking up the new releases and then going home and getting lost in movie land. I don't get a chance to get to the theater nearly as often as I would like to so I have to wait until they come out on video to enjoy them. When I heard about the movie 127 Hours, I was dying to go see it in the theater but didn't get to it and had to wait for it to be released on video, it came out last Tuesday and I excitedly drove home to watch it.

James Franco and Anne Hathaway’s Opening Monlogue For The Oscars [VIDEO]

James Franco and Anne Hathaway were certainly outside-the-box picks to host the 83rd annual Academy Awards.  And after a pre-taped opening in which they tried to elicit advice from last year's host Alec Baldwin by channeling his dreams, “Inception” - style, the duo weren’t required to do a whole lot of heavy lifting in their opening monologue.

In it, they made reference to how their youth was intended to appeal to a new younger demographic.  Then  they spent a good chunk of the monologue acknowledging their elders:  Hathaway had a conversation with her mother, who was in the audience, and Franco did the same with his grandmother.  Read on to check it out.
