The Greeley Stampede has hired a new General Manager. Anthea Dreisbach is expected to begin her new job after the start of the New Year.

According to the Greeley Tribune:
Dreisbach has spent the past 5 years as CEO of the United Way of Southwest New Mexico

Greeley Stampede Looking For General Manager – Here’s What They Are looking For!

We love the Greeley Stampede.  Brian and I have been a part of event for over a quarter of a century.  We were even Grand Marshals of the Stampede in 2004.  We would love to see the event climb to new heights.  Right now they need a new leader to help them get there.  The Greeley Stampede is currently seeking applicants for General Manager. In September executive director Bill Ogg was asked to step down after 4 years with the organization.

The Greeley Stampede Committee has asked their executive director Bill Ogg to step down after 4 years on the job.  The committee members met Sunday for their annual retreat . Ogg was reportedly asked to resign that afternoon.

Sure, that title there doesn't say Creedence Clearwater Revival, it says Creedence Clearwater Revisted. So it's not the same CCR we have come to know, but it is still CCR. The revisited version of CCR doesn't have the Fogerty brothers, but does feature the other two original CCR members. Tonight they bring the songs we have come to love off the more than 26 million albums they have sold to the Greeley Stampede.

Tree Falls at Greeley Stampede

Strong wind gusts broke off a large portion of a cottonwood tree earlier this week at the Greeley Stampede. I've probably sat in that spot a hundred times over the past 25 years.  I am sure grateful nobody was hurt when the massive branch fell to the ground.

Did Todd Harding Grab Luke Bryan’s Butt at the Greeley Stampede? [POLL]

Brian and I got our seven seconds with Luke Bryan Saturday night at the Greeley Stampede during the backstage meet & greet.  We weren't allowed to take our own pictures, so this is the one that Luke Bryan's people took for us.  I didn't notice until people started pointing it out on Facebook, but it looks like I am grabbing Luke's keyster.  I am denying it.
