It is now legal for Coloradans 21 years and up to possess under an ounce of marijuana. Governor Hickenlooper signed a proclamation yesterday making Amendment 64 part of the state's constitution.

Colorado has a new license plate to honor our fallen heroes in law enforcement.  The plate was inspired by the death of Weld County Sheriff's Deputy Sam Brownlee. Governor  Hickenlooper signed House Bill 12-1023 this week in a ceremony at the capitol, establishing a Colorado Law Enforcement Fallen Heroes license plate.

Sunday is Colorado Cinnamon Roll Day.   Thanks to the efforts of 10-year-old Sam Tollison of  Fort Collins, Gov. John Hickenlooper has designated Sunday,  as the day to celebrate the beloved cinnamon roll.
