August 18, 2011 The staff at Townsquare Media recently took a rafting trip up the Poudre River! Good Morning Guy Todd Harding was on that trip and his journey was a little more eventful than he would have liked. He actually fell in the river, but with the help of fellow employees Paul Wozniak (Tri 102.5) and Derrek Brown (99.9 The Point), he bounced back into the raft. We have photographic evidence of the incident.

June 27, 2011 They’re back!!!! Big and Rich are back together and we have the details right here from Big Kenny himself. I have been a fan since I first heard “Wild West Show”, their first single, and have been there ever since. As with a lot of groups or duos, they tend to try things they want to do solo and then find out the they make their best music together. That is the case with Big and Rich.
May 3, 2011 One of Americans favorite weekend activities is going “sailing”, as in yard sale-ing. On any given weekend you can drive through the streets of your city and see homemade signs with arrows directing you to the best bargains you could ever imagine on things you didn’t know you wanted. Planning for a yard sale can be an exhausting endeavor. You have to figure out what stays and what goes. I have always heard that if you haven’t used it in the last year, you should get rid of it. I believe that is why you always see a pile of husbands with signs around their necks that say “free” at most yard sales. There are some amazing deals, aside from unused husbands, to be found at any yard sale.
Anyone who has had a child knows that most baby things get used once or twice over a 6 month period and then they outgrow them. You can buy and sell these items at a yard sale so easily. I have found a little of everything at sales. I have an Elvis mug I found for 50 cents, a giant rooster for $1 and a giant fork and spoon for next to nothing. Where else can you find a jar of ash from Mount St Helen’s next to a jar of Aunt Helen’s jelly? The World’s Largest Garage Sale is coming up this Saturday from 7 to 3 at the Outlets at Loveland.
May 3, 2011 Meet Mak, dob 03.30.11. He's everything I breed for in an Arabian. Big eyes, extreme 'dish' on his face, small muzzle, and charisma plus. (I DID get carried away with the Golden A-5 clippers...hey, it'll grow back!) This little guy was born when I was out of town, didn't get up to nurse, but my husband and dear friends got him to CSU for his first 24 hours...he's an absolute JOY.
April 29, 2011 I am so ashamed. Here is my guy card, I am turning it in. Last night was the first round of the NFL draft and I completely forgot to watch it. I am sure I was somewhat effected by the contract situation with the league and didn’t feel the buzz of the draft like I have in past years but to be honest I was tainted by Todd’s non-stop talking about the royal wedding and couldn’t think of anything else. The Broncos had the 2nd pick in the draft and took Texas A&M linebacker Von Miller.

April 28, 2011 It is no secret that I consider myself one of the biggest George Strait fans in the world, and no I don’t mean size wise. I have traveled all over the country to see George perform. I have had 2 musical heroes in my life, Elvis and George, both just ooze cool and charisma. I have given myself a very difficult assignment today, come up with a top ten list of my all time favorite George Strait songs.

I remember how cool I felt when I would come to work with my very own typewriter in its own carrying case. I felt like Minnesota Fats walking into a pool hall.
April 26, 2011 My wife and I don't go to the movies very often. We have Netflix. We can watch movies On Demand! Most of the time we are just too darn busy. On Easter Sunday we decided it was time to go to the movie theater. We bought our $6 popcorn and our $6 soda and sat down to watch "Source Code".
