Conway Twitty was one of the all time biggest hit makers in country music history. Conway had a body of work that few will ever rival in ours or any lifetime. He had a way of fitting into whatever decade it was and whatever was popular at the time. Conway fit in everywhere.
Three years ago today the music world mourned the loss of a legend. George Jones passed away on this date in 2013 and will never be forgotten. We have lost a lot of legends lately, with the passing of Merle Haggard just weeks ago.
