We love it when local businesses get national attention! According to the New Belgium Brewery Facebook page, New Belgium's own Quality Assurance Specialist David Glor will be featured today on "The Early Show" on CBS. New Belgium is not only the brewer of the World-famous "Fat Tire" beer, they are champions for the Northern Colorado Community with events like their "Tour De Fat" and their commitment to helping save the Planet!

A number of local events to celebrate the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. will be held today in Northern Colorado and across the state:
GREELEY
The city of Greeley’s celebration will begin today with a ceremonial march from the Greeley Chamber of Commerce to the Union Colony Civic Center. The four-block march will begin at 11 a.m. and will end with former U.S. gymnast Dominique Dawes delivering the keynote speech.

My wife and I love to go out to eat. It is one of our favorite things to do. The other night we decided to finally go and try The Melting Pot in Fort Collins. I have always resisted going there because I am very impatient and didn't think I would be able to sit without fussing waiting for fondue. I was so wrong.

Greeley's first baby of 2011 arrived at 2:59 a.m. Saturday at North Colorado Medical Center. Soraya Viridiana Martinez weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces. She is the second child born to parents Viridiana and Oscar Martinez of Evans.
